   Now open as Maria’s with the same great tasting breakfast. Plenty of options to choose from off the breakfast menu to suit your appetite inc. a healthy breakfast option with fewer calories. Lunchtime snacks, coffee etc. There is even a dog menu to choose from, dogs are allowed anywhere except the main cafe, with doors leading out to an extensive garden area, that the owner informs they have plans to develop further. Service was great and breakfast menu prices very competitive at sub £10 with small, medium, deluxe and premium options. Can’t recommend enough. Access from beach via a gate which opens about 9.00am and 10:30 on a Sunday. Also great for cyclists as there is plenty of space to park your bike in the garden where you can keep an eye on it inside or out. Umbrellas included on most tables. Contactless payments excepted as well as cash.

   Lovely to sit outside in the sun, we found it while riding the prom from Meole to New Brighton (not far from Meole) it was signed posted, we had to push bikes over a small sand dune and through a small caravan park, no problem. The poached eggs were cooked perfectly. It was a nice fruit Scone with clotted cream and jam. The Latte was good and so was the mocha. Pleasant surroundings outside seating area, looked nice inside too.

   We tried this place after having a nice walk. Hubby had a lovely breakfast. I enjoyed a sandwich. Plenty to fill you up. Service was fab. Would go back.

   What a brilliant place! Kind and helpful staff. Nothing was too much trouble . I was pleasantly surprised that I could have a gluten free breakfast. Usually I have too compromise and can't have the toast,sausage etc so end up with very little in my plate .We will definitely be visiting again Thankyou.

   Just found this cafe when walking 2 dogs. They have a very comfortable detached room/conservatory built which we are using. Absolutely great service and the food was lovely. So glad we tried it after our walk.

   Maple Gardens: This is a little gem near to our home that we did not know was there…. Until recently!! So we called in and my wife and I had a big full English breakfast with a coffee each. Coffee Top ups were 99p. The food was quickly served up and there was a choice of indoor and outdoor seating. The breakfasts were nicely portioned and very tasty. Coffee was excellent. Service was quick, attentive and with a smile. Menu was basic but with some gluten free choices. We spent some time outdoors in the sunshine which was very pleasant with plenty of wildlife close by. Highly recommend a visit and this may become a regular haunt!
