   I’m a complete novice when it comes to DIY, so visiting TP was a bit daunting! But Andy was fantastic. He’s very handy and took the time to understand what I was trying to do, explained things in a way that made sense, and helped me choose the right materials with confidence. Excellent service and a genuinely friendly approach. Would highly recommend visiting, and I’ll certainly be coming back when I start my next project!

   Our experience with the Worcester (McKenzie Way) branch has been nothing short of disgraceful. Sales phone calls are consistently ignored or not returned, leaving us chasing basic answers for days on end. The most serious issue, however, occurred during a recent delivery. The driver was caught on our CCTV removing materials from our site without permission – in plain terms, stealing from us. This was reported immediately, yet there has been no meaningful follow-up, no accountability, and no resolution from management. This kind of conduct is utterly unacceptable from any supplier, let alone a national company that trades on trust. The lack of professionalism, urgency, and basic customer care from this branch is astonishing. We will be taking our business elsewhere and strongly advise others to do the same.

   Hello, I would sincerely like to commend your staff driver "kev" I was in a real pickle, I had purchased a very heavy fireplace from a residential property, I was on my own and I could never had lifted it!!! I stepped outside the property to see if there was anyone to help me, and I saw the Travis Perkins van, and kev was amazing he spent 20 mins helping me, getting it out of the property and into my car. Please make him employee of the month as he was soo helpful and kind. Thank you.

   Lets be honest, every tradesman knows the overall service at Travis Perkins is rock bottom awful, unless your Wates! As a company we stopped using TP around 3 years ago due to the shocking levels of arrogance and poorly, guessing instilled, service from its counter staff and decided to use MKM, HOWEVER…..my most recent experience, due to sheer desperation, I had to visit the Worcester store, next to the fire station, and I was very pleased, I was loaded up, I was approached to ask for assistance, I was spoken to not AT, and treated like a valued customer that was paying with hard earned money!!! I nearly passed out. I was that impressed that I will use this branch again, but I wont change my mind on the other depots, especially Droitwich & Minworth…..dreadful service there, thats if your lucky enough to be served. TP lost our spend of approx £160,000 annually when I took my business elsewhere and the local account manager said he wasn’t ‘phased’ as social housing contractors keep them ‘propped up’ and tradesmen just ‘top up the bosses pay packets’ This has to be a learned behaviour surely? With that said, well done Worcester I was impressed.

   Tool hire Worcester Customer hired 1 acro prop along with another item. I had 4 acros of my own and said to customer for the cost of it hire 1 just in case needed. Didnt use it after all.. Then customer had a charge of £15 saying it came back bent.. Never use worcester again..

   Visited here for the first time with my father. Struggled to park as only 3 spaces. Waited 15-20 minutes for a space Looked through catalogue but no prices available. Found a computer screen, found what we were looking for and finally found a price. After the struggle went to the counter with my order form. Lovely member of staff maybe a Becky or Abby? Products not in stock, alternatives were £10 more, but not suitable. Same thing happened to the couple next to us, no products in stock. We left along with the couple both empty handed and went else where! Will not be returning anytime soon. A waste of 30 minutes of my life.

   Excellent quality timber and all other building supplies in a smart new site with plenty of knowledgeable, helpful staff. Set up for the trade rather than DIY customers. Prices are expensive unless you have a trade account. It's easy to get a trade cash card which gets a better deal. You can haggle!

   Whilst I cannot fault the store itself, the delivery driver is the most miserable person I have ever had to deal with, I had 2 deliveries in 2 weeks and my wife who is disabled asked Him to move the items he delivered from outside the garage door to inside the garage and he moaned like fook , then the next delivery he didn’t even bother to knock the door just dumped everything outside.

   Really great customer friendly staff at this brand new branch, absolutely overwhelmed with the amount of product knowledge and great prices for brilliant quality stock, also their competitive rates in their tool hire department. I was really pleased with the service I received here, It's very Sereal to see so many women in this trade now but they all definitely make a great asset to Travis Perkins. Couldnt recommend this new branch enough !!
