“It’s not often that I write reviews, I'm probably one of those that just expects good service, however dealing with Worcester Timber Products I felt compelled to leave a review as their service was nothing short of 5 gold stars. Ordered a number of fence panels and left a special instruction asking if I could get them by the weekend. I got the automated reply to say thanks for the order it will be 7-10 days. Long story short I got a second email to say I would get them the next day which was less than 24 hours which tells me someone read my request. The team where extremely courteous when they dropped them off and ther went above and beyond by placing them where I needed them, not just dumping them at the gate like so many companies do. Thank you to all.”

“Hello, I would sincerely like to commend your staff driver "kev" I was in a real pickle, I had purchased a very heavy fireplace from a residential property, I was on my own and I could never had lifted it!!! I stepped outside the property to see if there was anyone to help me, and I saw the Travis Perkins van, and kev was amazing he spent 20 mins helping me, getting it out of the property and into my car.
