“It’s not often that I write reviews, I'm probably one of those that just expects good service, however dealing with Worcester Timber Products I felt compelled to leave a review as their service was nothing short of 5 gold stars. Ordered a number of fence panels and left a special instruction asking if I could get them by the weekend. I got the automated reply to say thanks for the order it will be 7-10 days. Long story short I got a second email to say I would get them the next day which was less than 24 hours which tells me someone read my request. The team where extremely courteous when they dropped them off and ther went above and beyond by placing them where I needed them, not just dumping them at the gate like so many companies do. Thank you to all.”

“Hello, I would sincerely like to commend your staff driver "kev" I was in a real pickle, I had purchased a very heavy fireplace from a residential property, I was on my own and I could never had lifted it!!! I stepped outside the property to see if there was anyone to help me, and I saw the Travis Perkins van, and kev was amazing he spent 20 mins helping me, getting it out of the property and into my car. Please make him employee of the month as he was soo helpful and kind. Thank you.”

“After a large job we needed to get a lot of plant and building equipment moved from our driveway and garden. Although this had been requested by the contractor we had no time collection dates and were needing the area clear ready for a new set of contractors who were waiting to start work. I spoke to Adam Jackson in the Kidderminster branch, and although the hire had not been from them he spoke to multiple branches and the contractors and sorted it out quickly and emailed me to let me know what was happening. Everything collected in less than 48 hours. Great customer service. Thank you Adam!”
