Although this had been requested by the contractor we had no time collection dates and were needing the area clear ready for a new set of contractors who were waiting to start work. I spoke to Adam Jackson in the Kidderminster branch, and although the hire had not been from them he spoke to multiple branches and the contractors and sorted it out quickly and emailed me to let me know what was happening.
