Not very helpful I think I’m too used to Screwfix….i go in there for some materials asked them what I wanted they said there the book to write it down…… terrible really as for Screwfix they so helpful
Would put 0 stars if possible. Had an email that 2x sales have gone through on my account in quick succession. I have not bought from this company for over 2 years. Worried, tried to call the number which was a generic company number with no way of getting to the branch. Spoke to someone who said they are going to get someone to contact me back from the branch... then radio silence. Either they have had a data breach or someone has incorrectly sold and posted the item to the wrong account. Either way, without any communication or call back, its a very bad customer experience.... I would like answers!

The staff are very professional and friendly and helpful .there is parking just outside, I think it is good for disabled people because the car park always full There's no Mark's on tarmac that's why
Came in earlier today too buy some things for home renovations. My speaking English was not so good but Thankyou to Lauren and Josh. Very patient and helpful even thought it looked like the store was under-staffed from the big queue! Everything was in stock. Friendly service. 10/10. Well done Toolstation!
I was in there befor this week to pick up some lights for me and my partner. I don’t know his name but a man there I think he had something going on with his eye (sorry guy if your reading this) but he’s very helpful and polite knew exactly what I wanted and even came up with some less expensive alternative options when it wasn’t in stock. My only issue was that every other customer in store wasn’t wearing a mask but the staff had screens and encourages social distancing so I did still feel safe enough.
The store always has excellent customer service and is currently displaying good Covid safe measures. The collection and next day delivery service is a great feature. Staff are polite and always happy to help with any problems.
Fantastic service under difficult social distancing circumstances. Josh on front door taking orders very patient as had alot of products to order and was so very helpful. And Julie and Emma were very helpful and busy dealing with online orders click and collect. Was all very efficient. Very happy with service given at worcester toolstation today.
