“It’s not often that I write reviews, I'm probably one of those that just expects good service, however dealing with Worcester Timber Products I felt compelled to leave a review as their service was nothing short of 5 gold stars. Ordered a number of fence panels and left a special instruction asking if I could get them by the weekend. I got the automated reply to say thanks for the order it will be 7-10 days. Long story short I got a second email to say I would get them the next day which was less than 24 hours which tells me someone read my request. The team where extremely courteous when they dropped them off and ther went above and beyond by placing them where I needed them, not just dumping them at the gate like so many companies do. Thank you to all.”

“Hello, I would sincerely like to commend your staff driver "kev" I was in a real pickle, I had purchased a very heavy fireplace from a residential property, I was on my own and I could never had lifted it!!! I stepped outside the property to see if there was anyone to help me, and I saw the Travis Perkins van, and kev was amazing he spent 20 mins helping me, getting it out of the property and into my car. “After a large job we needed to get a lot of plant and building equipment moved from our driveway and garden. Although this had been requested by the contractor we had no time collection dates and were needing the area clear ready for a new set of contractors who were waiting to start work. I spoke to Adam Jackson in the Kidderminster branch, and although the hire had not been from them he spoke to multiple branches and the contractors and sorted it out quickly and emailed me to let me know what was happening. Everything collected in less than 48 hours. Great customer service. Thank you Adam!”

“We did a full bathroom refit back in Jan 2023 (forgot to write this sooner), new sink, toilet, bath, tiling, units the whole 9 yards. We made several trips to the showroom to look at what they had available after deciding the looks and quality at Norgrove suited us far better than any other showroom we'd visited. On each visit we were met with a friendly welcome and the guy really knew his stock so was able to show us in the catalogue examples of things we might like that matched based on the styles we described and also offered alternatives for us to consider, many of which we agreed with further proving he knows his stock. There were 2 hiccups during our ordering process (1 our fault, 1 their fault) but in both cases he bent over backwards to solve them so that we walked away with what we wanted. Would highly recommend buying from here. Might be a bit pricy compared to other places like B&Q etc, but the quality is better and many of the units come premade and ready to go which certainly made fitting a lot easier.”
