What an absolute pleasure it was this morning to go into Curryβs to purchase a laptop. I was going to buy online because there were offers but my sixth sense told me to go in and Iβm glad I did. The gentleman called Sam helped me immensely and thereβs so much more offers available in store. You cannot beat true customer service in person of course I love Internet shopping. Iβve been doing it feom the outset and it has its place but I was able to get the best advice. The best customer care service for my purchase and Iβve got a wealth of discounts. It was a plus for me today

Went to return a product today as I had the wrong item and the advisor, Conrad, was very informed and helpful. The return was processed easily and Conrad let me know the exact product I needed. Thank you very much!

I can see why their ratings are so low. Laissez-faire attitudes, dismissive, lacking customer service skills and attention in every sense. Literally in the process of wanting to buy a selected product and at the till - at least 4 staff members in the vicinity and no one to check out with. Even pressed the help button - nothing. Incompetent security Utterly abysmal experience. Went to Asda Living, was helped promptly, purchased the product and out in 5 minutes.

Tottenham Hale currys. Rude and lazy staff. The ones helping are struggling with lines of people waiting while the others walking around make comments like I donβt work over there. Same customers at the counter for more than half hour while staff walks around doing nothing. Ask for help and they tell you I donβt work over there. 2 ladies walked out after lng waiting time and staff refusing To help..absolute joke. No respect for peopleβs time

I visited the Tottenham Hale branch on Saturday following the extremely poor customer service l had at the Chingford branch earlier in the day. The service there was completely the opposite. An assistant was able to see me within 5 minutes of my arriving even though the branch was much busier than the one on Chingford. Later when l had an additional question, another assistant was able to deal with my enquiry within minutes. Both assistants were friendly, knowledgeable and keen to assist. The positive atmosphere in the shop was totally different than the Chingford branch. Whoever the manager in the shop is, deserves credit for this. Shall definitely visit again in future rather than the Chingford branch which is must closer to where l reside.

There are never enough staff to ask for assistance. It took me three visits to finally be able to purchase the item I wanted. The staff that do work there only seem to know about certain things. I managed to ask 2 different members of staff if an item was in stock (waiting for a staff member available to speak to, took me just under half an hour). Unfortunately, neither staff could help me. Was told to ask someone else! Ridiculous!

Popped in to look for a tablet for my daughter who needed hers replacing. Walked around asked a member of staff where the amazon tablets where he said "somewhere over their" and walked of! Clearly lack of customer service. Then when I did manage to find them. They where on offer. Great I thought. Found another colleague. Asked him for assistance after he finished dealing with the customer he was with. He came over and I asked if the 10inch amazon tab was available he checked on his tablet and it wasn't. So I asked about the 8inch he said yes. This was priced at Β£41.99 and the 10inch was priced at Β£79. He went to get one of the last 5 in stock. I then proceeded to follow him as requested to purchase it. Their was a queue at the main front desk so he took me back to the tablet area to pay for it. He took my bank card and asked for my post code. I gave him my details. He asked if I wanted an emailed receipt I was said no paper is fine. Up until this point everything was fine. Then he scanned the tablet. It came up at Β£99.99 luckily I didn't touched my card yet. When I asked about the price as over on the display it was labelled as Β£41.99 he said it must have gone up..I said well it states that price and it should be sold as seen. He then said his colleague is changing the prices and theirs nothing he can do. This colleague was over in the tv area, way of a distance from the tablets/ipads. He then walked away. Absolutely disgusting customer care and assistance. To then call up currys and the assistant then said the manager of the the branch will call you within 24hours to discuss this when he hasn't 48hours later shows alot about this store alone. Their is NO staff around to seek assistance. The staff in this store are in need of a good shake-up. Never again.

Bought 32 in TV a few weeks ago from currys. And was given a leaflet saying to bring in your old TV to get recycled. Great idea Currys. Got up early 25/11/22 on my day off. Arrived 9.11 am. Told them I had a TV to recycle. No sorry not taking any TVs today come back next when it's inconvenient for. Great service.

Went with my sister to buy a new washing machine She found the one that she wanted. Unfortunately it was not in stock and se was given a time period during which it would be back in stock. She was contact a day before the dates give and the washing machine was delivered and installed promptly. However there was a problem with the installation. You may ask why i gave a 5*. the reason is that within a couple of days a new team came along and corrected the problem. There ill occasionally be issues with items we purchase however what is important is the recovery and the attitude of those your deal with. WELL DONE
