Poor service at this store. Guy on the till didn’t seem to want to be there and serve customers. Saw me walking up and starting huffing and glaring at me, made me a little uncomfortable to be honest.
Don’t bother trying to ring the number for any delivery concerns as they do not answer, 32 times I rang over 5 days and no answer

Very rude unhelpful staff. I asked a question about a Sweater hanging, and was blanked by male staff member with him muttering he's busy, and told someone else. I turn asked another staff lady, who didn't bother engaging with me. Sports Direct have lost a customer. Off to JD Sports Leigh nextdoor!
I have been awaiting an online order to be delivered to SD in Leigh's Loom store. First delivery date was November 28th moved to December 1st. I kept looking at track and trace but seemed to be stuck on 'order processed' - ordered items had been paid for. I sent two emails requesting an update with no reply. Staff at the store explained online & store sales are completely separate but with help as much as possible. Fortunately they have a contact number & the lovely female manager rang through to find out only one item was available all others were awaiting stock availability. The fault was with the online process not store staff. I cancelled all other items except the one in stock & was told it was going out on next day delivery. The delivery dispatchers is Envi (total rubbish I've used them before) I was able to pick one other item up in store which doesn't really help regarding the rest of my order. The store manager was so helpful in phoning other local stores to no avail. I can not express how grateful I was to this manager. If online SD had contacted me in November stating could not process the whole order I could have sorted something else out earlier - instead of rushing about looking for something else. Oh and I have to wait 3-5 days for a refund! The next day delivery still not happened & this item is only sold online so now in same situation as before but for one item now not ten items. So for store I give full marks but for online & dispatch, I don't have a good word for them. It's nothing to do with time of year I ordered these items before the Xmas rush!
Disgusting attitude of staff. Incompitence,Girl with glasses on and tattoos up her arm you are beyond help.Your relation skills need addressing as a matter of urgency.Sacking you would be my choice if i was your boss,you are horrific.One star is to good
