   Had to return trainers as my orthotics didn't fit. I had lost receipt so wasn't holding out much hope in being able to do so. Aidan was very helpful and eventually sorted it for me. I then asked for assistance purchasing some different trainers with removable insoles. Again Aidan was helpful,very patient and I went away with trainers to accommodate my difficult feet.

   Called in to enquire if something purchased in a different store would be online in a different size. Asked the girl if it was possible to find out. The reply....... "Look on line yourself"

   Customer Service is way off. I tried ringing the store repeatedly while travelling to check if they had stock. 20 minutes trying. Walked in store to see 3 members of staff stood chatting next to phone. Rang another 5 times while 'browsing'. Phone just got looked at and ignored. Pointed out to 'manager' who was one of the staff, that i was the one ringing and why they didnt even bother to answer and she just shrugged. Sports direct you need to have a word.
