   Terrible experience. They wouldn't let you return unused underwear still sealed in the box. I understand the hygiene logic, but they are sealed, and when you buy them at the counter they don't tell you their policy, it's written on the side of the counter which is very unlikely you'll notice. Waste of money and terrible customer service. Not worth it. Even Calvin Klein store would let you return sealed underwear, why they wouldn't. Buy at your risk.

   Visited today and had a very poor shopping experience. Staff we’re helpful but they literally had no size 11’s in the 8 pairs of trainers I picked, and the prices seem to have increased. I ended up coming away empty handed. It’s just no where near good enough.

   When to return a item wasn't told when I bought them that there is no returns on shoes, so I when to a other store the had the CORRECT notification on the tills and even told me before I told then my issue, yet u can buy clothes WEAR them at home and still get a refund but yet can't on shoes, manager got in my face and tried to push me out the shore, I advised people when going to this store, I personally won't be going to buy stuff from there again and I have gone to my solicitor and now will be going to my local paper and council and sports direct head office

   Two lovely helpful staff went out of their way to assist me today thank you. The lady on the trainer section gave me her time, expertise, understanding and kindness with the chronic pain condition i currently have thank you.
