Staff member doing absolutely nothing, not prepared to help trying too pass me off to another member of staff that was already helping others..
Big shop but never have the items you want popular sizes not in stock but everything else is, far better online to order your stuff but that’s if it arrives at all.
Shocking staff they disappear when you walk in. Couldn't find anyone to get shoes for my daughter left came back later only for it to happen again did finally find someone in the store who asked for someone to go down to the shoe area the staff member was off hand and couldn't care less and when shoes didn't fit he didn't offer a different shoe or size and was quiet dismissive as if we were keepimg him from something we ultimately felt d Like a burden on his day so we just left and went to winsors world of shoe .
The store is kept tidy but ome of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had, picked a pair of football boots for my daughter,we were given two different shoes then the assistant disappeared, I asked for a mirror to try on a jacket. I was dismissively directed to the fitting rooms at the back of the Store, these were locked again no staff in sight. I'd had enough by then so JD had our money.
Arived at this store (Robin retail park) 2 minutes before closing and all the staff were extremly helpful. They managed to find the pair of trainers we wanted - much better than the Middlebrook store as they just wanted rid.
Having made my intentions clear to a sales assistant that I wanted to try some trainers on I was left completely ignored. I gave him 5 minutes to sort himself out and when he didnt come back to the decision was made to abandon my purchase.
Abysmal customer service . The lady on the till was brilliant but when I approached 2 members of staff with a question their attitude was dismissive and unhelpful. In fact I was very fortunate to find a member of staff as the Robin Park retail store never has any . Terrible store . If the 2 members of staff I spoke to don't like their jobs then go and find someone else but don't let your negative attitude affect your customers as without us spending money in your store you don't have a job . Dont forget the old saying Customer's are profit staff are overheads
Disrespectful guy. Friday 14th of January i came to Sports Direct for a usual shopping. I was waiting about 15min. by the trainers shelf for someone to bring the pair of trainers. After few more minutes I decided to askt this "smartphone" guy to help me. Instead of help I got a "look" guy looked annoyed because I interrupted him fom his Facebook business. I've been told to wait by the shelf. I am standing by the shelf, guy browsing his phone, hiding from various objects from me :D after another 10min. waiting I decided to ask again... this time his voice was raised and I was told again to stand by the shelf :D every time he promised to call someone, probably he is to busy to help. After few more minutes I saw a member of staff passing by and I ask her to help me. She was brilliant and very helpful. All this time shop was nearly empty, only me and a couple was in the shop.
Absolutely useless staff! Nobody around to help. Run by kids. Those that were around were absolute clueless drips. Over an hour on a quiet afternoon just to buy one item. Never again. Online shopping from now on. Hope the shop closes down.
