We went here Sunday 29th November, so a few days ago. My parents brought a fridge. me and my brother saw a xbox mini fridge, we were trying to convince our parents to buy it us, they were thinking at first, then Abdul said something and my parents though and decided to buy it for us. Also when we were at checkout, my brother found a TP link wifi adapter which you plug into your computer and can give you better wifi speed for ur wifi on that computer. i went from 200-300mbps download on my community fibre wifi which are good speeds, but now i got 700-860mbps. Also i got better upload speed too. Thank you Abdul for kind of helping me and my brother to convince our parents to buy us that xbox mini fridge.

Buying washing machine, fridge/freezer and electric cooker from curry’s was probably one of the worst decisions of my life. Literally zero customers services. Even after buying a bundle they gave only 10% discount on the cheapest item. Charged £100 for installation too. Absolutely rude staff. All 3 items were supposed to be delivered same day but they forgot to mention the delivery for fridge/freezer and it didn’t get delivered. 2 days later they delivered it and there was a dent on the body, rare part of the fridge was ripped too, upon calling the customer service they said we can only give 20% discount for the damage take it or we can’t do any thing. Never buying from curry’s again. John Lewis provides way better services than curry’s.

The most unprofessional attitude of the customer service staff. No one is ready to serve. Mr Ali came after 10 mins. We have requested to buy iphone 16 pro. He went away and we were still looking on his face. Ask him to check the details and he replied you can check that credit details online. I have than asked him that we have to buy in store and we dont buy online. He start piching the sales of charger, screen cover. We than told him that we only have to buy phone nothing else and if we not saving anything may be we dont want to save. Mr Ali stupidly looking on our faces. Than we requested for a european girl with bolnd hairand she try i will be free in 2 min but she was not doing anything at all. She was stand next to the customer who was busy on her phone talking to someone . I dint know why company waste their salaries on useless staff members. Customers are ready to buy buy they are not ready to serve.

Not keeping the stock in the shop (warehouse) is a bit tricky ! You’ll have to wait for the delivery and can not buy something you need then and there is a bit hassle. I was lucky though and got my job done on the same day

The service was so good the previous day with customer service. Even though I spent 2hours and a half to get what was good for me. But the next day to collect the laptop took an hour. They were short staffed and manager couldn't careless. I needed a printer but couldn't be bothered anymore.

A large store and it's well stocked. The staff are generally helpful but there is a wide gap between those who want to help and those who feel it's just a job. Unfortunately it's quite noticeable in this stores staff, which is disappointing. The manager is very helpful. Car parking is free and disabled parking is well accessible. It can get busy at sale times.

As soon you walk in the shop you get a glare from the members of staff that you are about to steal something and it’s not a great feeling!! There are 100s of them all in their perfectly puffed up purple jumpers, more than their own customers (I just wonder why!) Ordered something to simply collect in store…not that easy…going there the item is on the shelves but, there is a BIG but…they can’t give it to you because it needs to be delivered by god knows who!!! Waste of time, needed to cancel the order made online and go back in to buy exactly the same item…on the way out (unfortunately, or fortunately for him, I didn’t take his name!) I been told to go to Screwfix…well you will get a better customer service in there..that is for certain!!

I've had to return my laptop for a screen repair, great help from Mohamed who has the patience of a saint. He needed to call the repair center and the process took more than an hour as the company seemed to have trouble with their system. During that time I've received 11 tracking text messages, 10 of which were wrong, giving me access to the details of other people so not the greatest feat.. Nevertheless great help from the in-store staff.

Not a huge amount to say about this Currys store. Very much like others. They sell a variety of electrical goods and electronics devices. Great when buying goods that need to be inspected in person. Prices are good, with some cheaper than online retailers (but others are more expensive). Staff are knowledgeable and offer to help when not occupied. One thing I found, if I'd not done my research before visiting the store I'd be required to make a decision on the spot with only the technical specifications the store provides. With electronics, sometimes more research is required before a purchase can be made. If something can be done to fill that gap, it will help make an informed decision. Also parking is free and there are other in stores walking distance from Currys.
