   I ordered an extractor fan last night and was genuinely impressed that it was delivered and installed today. The installation team was fantastic, professional, friendly, and clearly knew what they were doing. They arrived a little later than scheduled, but given London traffic, it was completely understandable. Despite that, they stayed upbeat and chirpy throughout the process, which made the experience even better. Everything was installed efficiently, tested thoroughly, and left tidy. Overall, I’m really pleased with both the speed of service and the quality of the installation. Highly recommend!

They didn’t hesitate to do the impossible just to make sure everything was perfect. The product quality is excellent, and the delivery was handled with great care — even though the location was a bit complicated, they found the best solution without causing any damage to the fridge or inconvenience to me.    Let down by another company, and then told to cancel the order, as they had no more in stock. Contacted London Appliances, they managed to get a Oven out the next day. Got a better Oven then i originally ordered, cheaper than before. This is my go to place for Appliances from here on forth!!!

   I’ve been dealing with London Appliances in Bethnal Green for over a year, and my experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. I rarely leave reviews, but this needs to be shared to save others from going through what I did. Over the course of 12+ months, I have ordered multiple kitchen appliances from them — a fridge, a washing machine, and an integrated dishwasher — and every single delivery has gone wrong in some way. I’m not talking about one or two minor delays. I’m talking about 10+ failed delivery attempts, constant false promises, and blatant disregard for my time and money. Here’s what happened: • I was told items were being delivered on specific days, only to be left waiting with nothing arriving. No call, no update, just silence. • Every time I rearranged my work schedule to be home for the delivery — they’d cancel at the last minute or just not show up. This happened multiple times. • When my washing machine finally arrived, it was the wrong model. They only fixed it a month later. • The dishwasher situation was the final straw. After waiting over a year, it arrived but was dumped in my flat with missing screws, no installation, and zero care. • The delivery person refused to install it — falsely claiming I had the wrong cupboard door and needed a “sliding door,” when in reality, I had the correct standard door for my model (confirmed by the manufacturer). • The customer service is non-existent. I’ve had to chase them endlessly, making phone call after phone call, just to get the basic service I already paid for. They do not follow up, they do not communicate properly, and they certainly do not care. This kind of incompetence and dishonesty is absolutely unacceptable — especially from a company that’s supposed to be delivering essential home appliances. I’ve been more than patient, but this has gone well beyond inconvenience — it’s been a total breach of trust and professionalism. ⚠️ To anyone considering buying from this company: Please take your money elsewhere. There are plenty of reliable appliance suppliers in London who value your time and actually deliver what they promise. This company is not one of them. They have wasted over a year of my time.

   Wonderful service from the team! We bought a range of appliances for our kitchen and we’re thrilled (they beat the prices of other retailers too)! These guys are so reliable, there was a slight delay on our hob- through no fault of their own, but they made sure to update us constantly and even came through on a Sunday to deliver and install. They really stick to their word and provide quality customer service! Highly recommend!! Thank you! :)

   I can't recommend London Appliances enough! We were let down by a major retailer who simply failed to turn up and deliver a new washing machine and then offered a new date two weeks later. We ordered with London Appliances around 5pm and they delivered and installed our new washing machine the next day! They called the evening of the order to check the details and let us know we'd need to wait an extra day to have the cover door installed (for an integrated washing machine) as the hinges on the new washing machine didn't exactly match the old one. The install did actually leave a small leak but the measure of a company is how they handle problems and they answered my call immediately and sent a new engineer the next day to fix the leak and install the door. So all done in under 48 hours from placing the order. Big shout out to Hamza who was efficient, polite and skilled!

   A great, customer-focused experience from start to finish. All at a competitive price. Quick to answer telephone with knowledgeable, helpful and friendly sales staff. Good communication regarding delivery with a text message the day before and a call shortly before arrival. Delivery/installation went well with friendly and polite staff and speedy installation. My only constructive criticism would be a slight lack of attention to detail when leaving the area as clean as possible.

   We had a fridge freezer delivered today. I had a text to say what time window they would arrive followed up with a call to say they were 20mins away. They carried it up 2 floors and installed and took away my old one within 20mins! They were super polite and very informative. Fantastic service including the call I made to purchase the fridge freezer giving me advice and information, Would highly recommend and will use them again if I need to replace any other appliances :-)
