    Website lies about open times, which inconvenienced me a lot, it doesn’t show when shop is open or not. Workers/Owners are very rude and unwilling to compromise when they inconvenience customers, there was a lot of miscommunication. Cheap replacements are used.

    DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP!!! I went here to fix my nephews iPad screen. They end up breaking the power button and Home Screen. When I paid and checked at the shop they said we didn’t do it. It’s the motherboard. They think people are stupid like them. They rob people. I’ll report this business to trading standard for being a scam

    These guys are great at what they do, friendly, honest and professional. My Samsung galaxy S10 phone wasn't charging properly for months, thought I needed a new battery which would have cost me around £30, they sent off for a new battery, then checked my phone and discovered it was abit rusty inside, it was cleaned at no costs and now works perfectly. I didn't need the new battery. I also asked advice about a universal TV remote control for my Bush TV that i had purchased from ebay, brand new but it wouldn't work, i was blown away, these guys trusted to lend me a remote to try and return if it didn't work, unfortunately it didn't work, so I returned the remote the next day. I highly recommend Eva-Tech. You honestly won't find a better phone etc store in Edmonton Green. Thank you Guys, keep up the great work.

    I went there to ask if they can do something to clean the dust in my iPhone speakers. The man at the till said be has a special chemical that can help eliminate the dust. I said okay, we can try that. Another guy took my phone behind and pinched with a needle both speakers top and bottom. He damaged my speakers without asking for permission. So just for £5 he damaged my speakers that are originally £250 to be changed. The man at the till called me stupid when I showed him what he did to my phone and didn't want to admit he made holes in my speaker. Avoidd

    They sell fault poor grade headphones and refuse to replace or refund for fault the man in the shop tried to sell me another pair at a discount.... Dont trust them
