    Online system is fine but, avoid this branch at all costs. Particularly the manager (owen) he is defensive in the extreme, unable and unwilling to deal with problems head on and runs away from simple, inevitable customer/delivery related difficulties. Having said this, thankyou to the "delivery driver" for using his head and sorting out the problem and stopping me cancelling my trade account.

    Excellent friendly staff who take the time to help and show you their products. They sorted out my delivery quickly and helped took the items into the back garden. There was a trim missing from the order but this was delivered first thing the next day, which wasn't a problem for me as I had ordered in excess anyway. Product is top quality and price was low compared to others so I can highly recommend. Will definitely use again.
