    Parking fine for apparently parking there for over 9 hours! When infact I had made a visit in the morning and again in the evening. The pics provided by the pcn company even show me LEAVING both times! Car is facing the same way in both pics! Have google timeline to show I was in many other places during that time, so have submitted appeal. Will not be happy if this isn't resolved.

    Make sure you get everything in one trip because if you have to go back the same day the b4st4rds charge you 100 quid for parking all day when you haven't. (For the same reason, MAKE them give you your receipt). I shop at B&Q now as when you factor in the parking charge it's cheaper.

    I would not recommend the design team at Pudsey Branch. The staff are very rude and disinterested. I was invited to the store to visit the design team. Once I arrived they had left. I booked an appointment for a home visit to measure up for the kitchen. The man then rang me and asked what I wanted and when, his manners and tone were implying that he was asking me if it was worth his time. He clearly didn't want to come. I asked outright if he was trying to put me off because that's how he coming across. He said he wasn't. He reluctantly agreed to keep an appointment to measure up. He then asked if I had any pets and was clearly unhappy when I said I did. He then called me back and cancelled the appointment and told me to go elsewhere. If I could give zero stars then I would. Altogether a rude, disrespectful and time wasting experience.

    I’ve had a truly awful experience with Wickes and feel completely let down. I placed my kitchen order in April and now in September it has not been installed. All the materials have been delivered but Wickes keeps delaying the installation with excuses and no accountability. It was originally due to be installed in June then 8th September on the day they told me they haven’t got installer, that is because I called them no contact from them and now they’re telling me November, nearly 7 months later! I was even forced to travel while heavily pregnant to try to sort things out something no one should have to do. The situation has caused nothing but stress and inconvenience, especially at such an important time in my life. To make it worse, the store manager has been completely unhelpful, told me today to go and find my own kitchen fitter. If I had to do that, why would I have gone to Wickes in the first place? That’s supposed to be part of the service I paid for! There’s been no professionalism, no communication, and no respect for customers. I expected far better from a national company. Avoid Wickes at all costs – I wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone.

    We reported that our extractor fan had broken in November. As a result of it not working, steam from the bathroom has got intonour electrics and damaged all of our bathroom lights. We have spoken to numerous members of staff in store and at customer service and we are still waiting for it to be repaired. How dangerous! The customer service throughout Wickes has been absolutely diabolical.

    Called in today with intentions of purchasing a kitchen when I asked a staff member if they could come out and measure up his response was do it online and then proceeded to tell me the kitchen would be 10k without me giving him any measurements or style etc also asked why I wanted a new kitchen if my old one is only 6 year old . Basically overpriced kitchens and rude staff who don’t have a clue

    Wickes is a DIY store, it's not huge like B&Q, so there's not as meny bargain's, but it's just down the road so it's convenient. The staff are pleasant, and helpfull, there's no cafe or toilets, just a carpark and a store. Because it's a lot smaller than B&Q, there's not the same verify, so you won't always get what your looking for here, meny a time over the years I've come here, then had to go to B&Q anyway, but like I say, it's convenient, I don't have a car, so you can tell where ide do me DIY shopping if I did.
