Worst tasting pizza I've ever had. We had 2 pizzas delivered and they were both burnt. We still proceeded to taste them and they were somehow burnt on top and undercooked underneath. Honestly the worst tasting pizzas I've ever had. I tried to call but no one picked up. Do not order from here.
One of my favourite delivery/takeaways in St Helens. That by itself doesn't say much, as St Helens has a very poor selection of takeaways, but I have to say, Cowley vaults's "British cuisine" take on kebabs is brilliant. My favourite is the beef with gravy, always delicious. Nice loaded fries and chicken wings too. The pizza is just your average "takeaway pizza", so probably the least interesting item on the menu.
Nice neighborhood Pub with a large outdoor seating area. Really good beer selection including some cask ales to choose from. Outside was packed so found a nice seat inside by the bar and enjoyed the music at a Saturday night volume and a decent mix playing. Service was fast and friendly but as a note they do not accept cash only cards .
We attend an open mic night here on a Thursday ,it is one of the best, the bar service is very good too.
Ordered a Dona kebab take away, was easy to order on the internet, It came on time, big problem was the meat looked awful and no sauce on it, couldn’t eat it and put it straight in the bin, first time from this place and definitely the last.
More of a locals pub than the Turks, but it has a pleasant traditional atmosphere and surprisingly good real ale. Often call in when it's too busy for comfort next door.
Ordered food on their app to collect, it starts a count down timer, received an email confirming my order, timer got down to a couple of minutes so I set off to go pick it up. Half way there I got a text to say my order was cancelled due to a high number of orders and I will be refunded in 3-5 working days. A shame because the food there is nice but I won't ever be ordering from there again
If you want burgers, fries or pizzas definately visit here... Great beer garden, friendly locals and if you pick the right night/afternoon great live bands..
