Nipped in for a quick drink. Really friendly service. They have lots of offers on and lots of food choices. Will be coming back and updating this review when we have had the food :)
Absolutely fantastic! The food was bursting with authentic Indian flavors — perfectly spiced, beautifully presented, and cooked to perfection. The staff were warm and welcoming, and the atmosphere was lively with plenty of car parking. Easily one of the best Indian meals I’ve had in years!
Having seen The Brewers Arms open a few times on passing on the way to Chester, decided to see if anything has changed. It is still a public house but is also an Indian restaurant. Speaking to the owner there are still changes to be made including the name ( he didn't say what it's going to be ) but there is plenty of space and the place is clean and tidy. The menu has Indian dishes as expected plus a few English options. We decided to have onion bhajis to start, which I loved then followed by chicken biryani and naan bread. Came with mint yoghurt in a side dish as well as a sauce. I asked for a spicier sauce which was duly delivered. Was told that if I wanted the same next time, to ask for'indian spicy'. I must admit I loved it. Good size portions and the chicken was soft and not over cooked. Decided on a desert so went for an Eton mess. Portion was a tad small and tasted a little of cheese which I found odd, but I still ate it all. No coffee machine currently so wife had a standard coffee. All in all a pleasant evening and a pleasant meal. Will be going again and look forward to seeing all the changes going to be made. Worth a visit.
First time at this place after its reopening and WOW. The food was incredible and authentic, it had that home made feel and taste. I had the chicken tikka masala and it was absolutely delicious. The staff were polite and happy to answer any questions i had, and i like to ask questions about the food in the places i eat. I would highly recommend this place if you like Indian food. I will be making regular visits from now on.
Lovely spacious newly furnaced Pub .Great TVs for Sport and a pool table with plenty of room to play. Excellent for big events.
We have an excellent meal here today, fish and chips and a Coley (fish) curry with butternut squash. The food was fantastic. First time we've been, will go back. Prices are reasonable.
Lovely food. Not too expensive either. Hope it does well and stays busy. Polite staff, good food and good beer. Will definitely go back again and would happily go with friends and family too.
Had a great evening at the newly opened Brewers Arms. We visited on the first day that the kitchen was open and had a fabulous meal. The menu looks excellent, we had Steak Rossini, Vegan Burger and a kids portion of chicken goujons, all perfectly cooked...I'm pretty sure that even the goujons were home made. The new proprietor has done a great job of refurbishing. We also appreciated the play tent in the garden and the colouring to distract our toddler. We hope to visit again soon.
