Great local toolstation. Parking can be tight at times but lovely staff and super fast service.
I purchased a number of radiators at toolstation and stored them in my garage until I could sort a plumber to come and instal these in my home. When opening up these boxes i then discovered how damaged these radiators were. I rung up toolstation and asked if there was anything they could do and the guy i spoke with said i would have to email in with photos, so i did. I then got a reply back saying there was nothing they could do as it was after the 4 week period. I refuse to believe there is nothing they could do like swap them as a gesture of good will but they still refused to do this. Will never buy anything from here again or recommend to anyone going forward. Poor from toolstation this.
Brilliant store, great value for money. Always have a good stock and if not instock your item can be delivered to store or your home. Very wide range of products at very good prices. Staff are always kind and very helpful. Toolstation always have every product you need for any sort of job you're doing. Highly recommended!!

I'd like to give them 4 stars but I can't, because for the second time in a few months I've received txt confirmation "order ready for collection" only to find that one item is NOT ready. I would not have made the trip today had I known. Now I have to go again, and I don't appreciate my time being wasted. They can never get 5 stars from me as their range isn't good enough. What they do have is usually pretty good, at a very decent price. In summary, handy place to have near, but they need to get a grip with the order complete thing. Time is money guys!
Always brilliant service, helpful and polite. Nick is exceptional, happy to help, nothing is too much trouble for him and he even carries stuff out to the car for me. A refreshing change in this day and age. Well done.
My local Toolstation is great. I order online so I know they have what I want in stock, and they are so quick at getting stuff ready to collect which is ideal for early starters like myself. The products are fit for purpose most of the time and fairly priced.. returns are easy and processed quickly unlike the nearby competitors who can take a week or two. The staff are happy to help and it’s nice to be greeted by your name ( thanks Sheena) and to be made welcome.
