   I have ordered some stuff to store for click and collect, but has passed a week still, didn't get any messages for collection. Then I have made a phone call to Screwfix to find out about my order, but they have said that my order have been already collected ,but how that's is possible if I never collect the item and never receive any messages for collection? Then customer service did admit that's they have made a mistake and did promise to deliver a next day, but never did! Bunch of useless liar's, what a waste of my time.
