   It's a good store and always good value until now. They have introduced a 'automatic donate to charity' press Red button to cancel. I donate to CHARITY LOCALLY and avoid one with big management salaries etc. If I wanted to donate would do so and not have to opt out. Contacted C. S. not really interested and what makes it worse no signs in store to say where the enforced donation money is sent to?!!!

   Got asked for an interview for the warehouse. Went for the interview and went through it successfully after been told by the lady who did the interview that the job is mine but have to wait for a medical. A month down the line and nobody replies to emails, nobody calls you back (if you can actually speak to someone that is) terrible service! Application withdrawn and got another job now.

   Bad customer services. There in London Stratford no more customer service. Try sorted the problems to return item which I bought couple days ago and I can’t refund or exchanged. Speak with a “ manager” who didn’t support at all. She not even give me her name and cover her badge with her hands. When I tryed to found out her name other staff call for security and escort me from the shop like criminal person . I paid other items which I need to decided to make balance to walk because I got sciatica nerve damage on my feet’s. I’m 60 year old disable person. I was in shocked how they treat me. I nearly cried. Back home my blood pressure was 164 to 56. I felt sick more then I’m already sick. I’m local customer who live in Newham 25 years and I do shop in Wilko 25 years every other days because I got a dogs. They said no priveledge for regular customers. I won’t any priveledge I just want treat me right. I paid my own money. And expect respect and support.
