She went the extra mile from coffees, ensuring parking reg confirmed to adding our dogs into the illustrations and also checked regularly if we were comfortable. On multiple times we changed our ideas and requirements and Marie happily supported us and changed everything with no trouble at all. “Having been turned away or told of a 6 month wait from multiple service and hire companies across Sheffield (Champion Hire, Buildbase, Speedy Hire) I needed 2 generators servicing. Daz and Mark took them off my hands, serviced them and had them back with me within days. This is by far the best hire/service shop in the area, that includes the other Turner Hire stores. “Went there with a problem with a piece of engineering kit that I had bought sometime ago from a now defunct supplier and as they are the UK agents and just up the road why not. Bear in mind this is not a retail outlet, but that didn't stop the bloke in there listening to me and arriving at a solution that involved me parting with a trivial amount of dosh. 200% service, 200% quality, 200% quality. Not a score I give out easily.”
