The branch manager Liam can not be praised enough along with Jo Ledger .On a rare occasion if I encounter an issue with a bathroom installation either an oversight by me or the customer they pull out all the stops get the additional materials. On one recent job the customer had not measured the shower tray correctly which meant the job ground to a halt . Liam and his team managed to source the right one within hours and dropped it off on site . Amazing service and that is true customer service . Kind regards Daniel Kenworthy KPS plumbing.
