   We have had a delivery today by this company and it was concrete fence base panels as you can imagine are very heavy. The delivery guy came was inconsiderate as he loaded them right in the centre of my drive after I repeatedly explained to him there was plenty of room in the back of the drive . This has resulted in the panels blocking my car in my drive. This was very inconvenient for me and could have been avoided.

   Placed an order for delivery. Asked specifically for a date which was confirmed could happen. Paid and waited in for the entire day for it not to arrive after I had rang and confirmed at lunchtime. I then rang in the morning for them to say they had ran out of time and that it would be delivered 5 days later which was useless to me. Very poor service as I had no contact throughout this process that wasn’t instigated by me. I now have to wait for an unknown period of time for my money to be returned. Absolutely would not recommend.

   Went here for a kitchen design planning appointment at Howarth in Mansfield. Showroom is very nice with good examples of units/ appliances. All staff were very friendly but Diane the showroom Manager was brilliant. Her design suggestions were excellent and the units were good value for money. Friendly and professional service. Highly recommended. Do not waste your time with B&Q / Wickes. There is no comparison on service and product quality.

   We have found over time that there are places which can be slightly cheaper but it comes at the expense of quality. The timber is properly dried and doesn't twist and warp like the cheaper stuff. The staff and delivery drivers are very helpful and deliveries are made on time with HIAB lorries. As a construction company turning over circa £2 million a year they are our first port of call for timber, staircases and roofs.
