   Called in to pick up a couple of items and was very impressed by the wide range of products available. The staff were knowledgeable and really helpful, would highly recommend them. Having now called again for a Diamond Cutting Disc and was in need of some help and advice as to what disc to buy. The young lady that served me was absolutely brilliant, found me exactly what I needed as well as giving me some great advice on how to get the best out of it. Plus, as it was my second visit gave me a free travel mug, so not only did I get perfect cuts every time, I'd got a hot coffee as well.

   Took delivery of a diamond bullnose wheel which I saw advertised for creating a curve edge on a slab, very sceptacle but used it myself on Friday and what a fantastic bit of kit, so easy to use and does the job easily on a big grinder. I used it on Porcelain slab and it does create a slight shade difference as you are shaving the surface but it is liveable with, I did 18 slabs within the hour, very happy.

   10/10. Highly recommend!! Purchased quality tile trim at a fraction of the price compared to high street. However due to my lack of knowledge, I accidentally laced an order for the incorrect size. Scott not only replied first thing Monday, to my frantic email after placing the order on a Sunday evening, but then happily rectified my mishap with absolutely no hesitation. He was an absolute pleasure to deal with and made my shopping experience very straight forward. Thank you BBT and Scott!

   Worst shopping experience. After placing the order and choosing free next day delivery from the options the next day been asked to pay £48 for delivery. Refusing to pay been told the item is not in stock. At that point they looked very unprofessional and didn’t want to take a risk so asked to cancel the order because they didn’t knew then it’s back in stock. How can you sell something you haven’t got? Very suspicious and unprofessional.

Meter is easy to use, read and although not the cheapest on the market definitely the best choice for our needs.    What a wonderful company to deal with. Good selection of products, great prices and outstanding customer service. I bought 2 DMT diamond sharpening stones, 1 coarse and 1 extra fine. Unfortunately after about 40-60 minutes of use the coarse grit one had lost all it’s grit and was completely useless. I telephoned Buy Brand Tools and they asked me to return the faulty item to them. The following day I got an email from them to say a replacement was on it’s way to me and they had credited my PayPal account to reimburse me for the postage costs. I never downgrade any company for sending out the occasional faulty item but rather I judge them by their actions in remedying the situation. In this case they went above and beyond in ensuring great service to me. Highly recommended and I look forward to dealing with them again and again.
