   An edit as I can not seem to find a contact number or email address; what an absolutely appalling response from I have had feel free to send any footage you have if there is indeed sound I’m sure the public would love to see how your staff behave as for personal details you can see I’m glad you can hopefully you use those details to send me the footage thanks. On Friday 19th sep I was about to walk into the shop and saw one of the workers behind the till come out and argue with a mom who had a child with her Not sure on any of the major details but it made me uncomfortable especially as l've been here before and had a great experience and have been with my wife and my kids a few times this really put me off I took my custom else where. Won't be coming back what the worker said to the mother was awful racial slurs were involved in his behalf management should be ashamed for having such bad mannered staff

   I've been going here for years. Used to love this shop. One of the workers is extremely rude and snappy, huffing when I'm looking etc. Went in today with my loyalty card, took it off me and ripped it up, didn't say anything. Asked for vape pods, gave me the wrong type but felt too intimidated to ask for the ones I wanted. Only happens when I'm on my own and not with my male partner. Edit: I'm not sure what you're trying to insinuate with your response here. I have never helped myself to vape juices I'm always polite and ask at the counter, that's got nothing to do with me. I don't care that the card was ripped up it's the fact he took it from me when I offered it up ripped it without saying a word to me during our whole exchange. It's the fact that this member of staff is consistently rude and abrasive for no reason especially when I'm on my own, this is at least the 5th time I've dealt with this. It's 2025 and you have a member of staff that picks on and intimidates lone women, I know I'm not the first to comment on this, do better.

   I work all over the country and sometimes have to suffer other vape shops. Hands down, Driptease is the best!. Great options of hardware and juices, reasonable pricing and knowledgeable staff. Raj and the rest of the team are top lads.

   I first started using this shop 14 months ago when I first moved to the area. I was very happy with the service, advice and help I got from the member of staff who wore glasses. He was so helpful and mannerly. But of late every time I go in, the shop is full of another shop assistants friends sitting around and swearing. The shop assistant seems very moody and rude. Never says hello, please or thank you. Manners and a smile cost nothing. The shop itself is very well laid out with plenty of variety of juices and great prices. So I will continue to use the shop. Thank you
