    A very comprehensively stocked retail outlet. Suitable for the DIY and professional trades person alike. Very friendly and helpful staff for whom nothing is too much trouble. Click and Collect as well as counter service is available. A highly recommended retail store for every one. I use Screwfix regularly. They have branches nationally.

    I had ordered a fan online and went to collect in store. The signs were above the tills to " click and collect " directly in front as you walk in. I waited 20 minutes whilst waiting to be served then was informed I could have used the machine behind me which I hadn't seen. No problem, I wasn't in a hurry but a sign for " click and Collect" stating "use the machine behind you" would be useful!

    Good quick service and fair priced items. However, screwfix should bring down the £50 minimum order tickets get free delivery e .g.To £30 which will generate more revenue and would be better for us in the trade.
