   Kielder please make a 1/4 electric ratchet I want one but willing to wait till you bring one out, I have Just bought the kielder W T 3/8 electric ratchet, it is shockingly good, very powerful so powerful it snapped my hose clip in my car with plenty of torque to go, I've added a photo of the clip to prove. It's advertised as 60nm of torque and I really can believe it, quality wise it's fantastic I would say it's on par with Mac and snap on, definitely better then milwaukee, Makita ect. It's built to last and it's British what's more too like, charging takes about a hour from empty to full just look at the photos if in doubt. It's my new favourite tool can't wait to get more from them.

   Fantastic After Sales service! I have several Kielder tools and their performance exceeds the big name brands as far as I am concerned. I was really annoyed when I dropped my newest drill and smashed the case. Kielder offer a repair /refurb service at an amazingly low price, not only did they replace the damaged casing but also replaced bearings, the gearbox and the chuck! The drill had received little use so I was surprised and extremely happy that they had gone to this level. The £35 repair cost even included collection and return. A rare service in today's throwaway world. Top marks to Kielder.

   I recently contacted Customer Service, not to actually complain, but to express my disappointment with a product. Although under no obligation to resolve my problem, item out of guarantee, the matter was dealt with extremely quickly at no cost to me. I will refrain from giving full details in an effort to prevent a tsunami of dodgy claims being submitted! Kielder went above and beyond the average service of other companies. Thankyou Rowan.

   Customer service is very good, but unfortunately it has to be. I have had to send my drill back today for the second time, for repair. I have also had to get a battery charger replaced, all under warranty. I am not a heavy user, the tools are only used in for DIY

   Having looked at a few 18v power tool brands, i came across Kielder. I had never heard of this brand before but a few youtube videos later and with the opportunity to help local business, i decided to give it a go. I had purchased an 18v Combi Drill and an 18v impact wrench as a set from a 3rd party supplier. When i received the order, there was a slight imperfection on the impact wrench. Principally, as i had paid the asking price for my order, i wanted this to be in perfect condition. Having communicated amongst each other, I was asked to send back the unwanted item directly to Kielder by way of a free returns box and they sent out a replacement within 48 hours. A few months down the line, the combi drill whilst in use, just stopped on me. Again, not an issue for Kielder, Andrew had again arranged for the unit to be picked up and a replacement/repair was with me within the same week. I cannot see the likes of Milwaukee/Dewalt etc providing such a quick turnaround time as you'd have to jump through several hoops to get what is basically your statutory right. Thank you to Andrew at Kielder. So far so good.....
