   We had our bathroom fitted around 3 year ago, initially we were happy with the results, but the issues we have seen in those 3 years have been a bit stressful, within a few months the whole floor started seeping water, to be fair this was replaced, however a few months later the tiles started to come loose, those loose tiles were also replaced. We were told that a 12 month check would be carried out, however this never happened. The floor tiles have been rising and coming loose again for many months now, a lot of the grouting has either come away or large cracks appearing, radiator never stops leaking, and despite letting Karl know several times about the issues, and us offering to pay for these problems to be fixed he does not seem to care, heard nothing but excuses and now heard nothing at all. The after service has been extremely poor, we will have our issues resolved by someone else and wash our hands with KES, will never recommend anymore. Very disappointed.    Complete new bathroom carried out by KES Bathrooms, first class service received from the start with design ideas through to the finish Minimal mess, nothing too much trouble to create an amazing bathroom all in a week The shop has well set out bathroom sets providing a great choice along with various tile boards so everything can be purchased in one shop, highly recommend
