   I purchased a radiator antifreeze coolant additive from this shop today, and when I got home I discovered that the bottle had already been opened and partially used. It’s clear that the product had been returned by someone else and was put back on the shelf as new. This is unacceptable, especially for automotive fluids. Customers should be able to trust that the items they buy are sealed and unused. I hope the store improves its quality control and checks products before putting them back on display.
