Fantastic service! Phoned on the Saturday afternoon to explain that my car had broken down and I then called back on Monday morning to confirm a pick-up time (a mechanic deemed the car unservicable). The gentleman arrived promptly and was very approachable and knowledgeable. Within 5 minutes we had sorted the paperwork side of things and my car was up on the recovery vehicle. The quote I was given was very fair and the money was transferred into my account that very afternoon, with a confirmation email to go with it.
