   Dave was a fantastic help to us in our hour of need. He was able to source 2 continental tyres at a reasonable price. Given that we were relying on the AA to initially repair the hole in our tyre Save stated that even if he couldn’t fit the tyres that day the car could be stored overnight in the event the tyre would be flat and the whole cycle would continue. The car was there with the assistance of the AA before closing one of the fitters completed the task 2 continental tyres car sorted within the hour none of this would have been possible without the intervention of Dave. So, so grateful for Dave’s initial advice and then fitting our car in late today to get us back on the road after experiencing a flat tyre. Your kindness, patience & expertise shone out and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend your garage to family & friends…. Thank you!! Lynn

   Booked car in for service online (Hoylake) for today 9:00am.Got there at 08:45 first car there. Returned at 14:45 car was not touched with 4 other cars in service bays.The excuse was had too many MOTS to do. Why bother with a online booking service if not bothering to adhere to it.

   I took my vauxhall corsa for a full service, for my rear light to be replaced and for my boot to be fixed. This was all achieved to the highest standard and in quick succesion. They also brought to my attention other problems with my car that I had no idea of. I drove my car away with it feeling like its running very smoothly. The people who work there all look like they love their job and are very passionate about being there, all had big smiles and were happy to help. I was recommended to go here by multiple people and now I would also like to recommend anyone reading this to also bring their car here. I will most definitely be coming back here.

   Excellent service from David and Joe. I just popped in to ask for a quote, to replace a coil spring that had snapped on my car. Quoted me a reasonable price so I asked when:- I could see how busy they were, but even so they fitted me in straight away, (knowing I could not drive it, as it could be dangerous). Would highly recommend them.

   Very disappointing. I have been trying to use small independent garages etc rather than the usual Halfords so I took my car in for wheel alignment. When I took it home it was worse than when I took it in so I spoke to them and they said return it a week later. Dropped it off today and 2.5 hours later I decided to check where we were up to. They didn't know I'd dropped it off, even though they returned my keys to me! No apology, nothing. Because I had nothing better to do on a Friday afternoon...

   I’ve just come home for a visit to the Wirral and my van developed a knocking sound on the motorway. Called into D&M on the off chance and they immediately took a look at it. Couldn’t see anything obvious so said to come back the next morning to pop it on the ramp. They were really obliging. Left it with them this morning while I met friends and they looked at it for me. Thankfully nothing major but I was really impressed at how kind they were just to squeeze me in when I am not a regular client. They didn’t even charge me for looking at it. If I was in this area, I would definitely use this garage again.
