Just wanted to say a massive thank you to Kris! He was amazing! I was pretty upset after having damage caused to my car on purpose (caught a random man damaging it halloween night) not just because of cost but the principle of it & not being able to use my car. This is probably the best experience I have had of purchasing a secondhand car. I recently bought a Volvo V60 from here and was impressed by every aspect of the transaction. As we had to travel from Anglesey things could have been complicated. As it was they were able to arrange on the same day as our visit all aspects of the purchase From the outset I felt that I was dealing with a helpful and honest and straightforward business. My son and I never felt under pressure, questions were answered fully and our test drive was conducted in a friendly and helpful way. Having decided to buy the car, all aspects of the purchase went very smoothly, including same day taxing and provision of an MOT. Well done Irby Motors - you seem to be an exceptional company!

One of my pet hates is pushy salespeople. It was therefore so refreshing to find a garage (Irby Motors) where the staff were so personable and helpful. I dealt with Bill and Harry who were both informative and passionate about the cars they sell. The Porsche Macan I purchased was immaculate. I haven't changed my car for a long time, but I felt confident in buying from a company who were both friendly and fair. I would thoroughly recommend this garage to anybody looking for a new car.
