Once we had decided on design, Paul was great in helping us choose all the fittings and fixtures required to furnish the bathroom.    Plumco Meadowhead is a small friendly but very busy shop Matt was always extremely helpful when we visited the shop. However, on opening the boxes a bath cradle was missing, after a long heated discussion over the phone we learnt that their delivery driver had delivered this to the wrong address, although the driver was adamant that he had delivered it to the correct address and Plumco staff seemed to accept that, rather than the customer left without the missing part. When it was eventually delivered their driver admitted that the sat nav often took him to the wrong address! this is stress you can do without when having a new bathroom installed.

   Avoid this company at all costs. They take your money then when all the problems start to happen they don’t want anything to do with you. They messed our bathroom project up so much with wrong items delivered, a shower screen not ordered then to get us one fast they sent us a used one. It took weeks to finally get the right screen fitted at the 4th attempt (resulting in numerous charges from our Plummer) mirror delivered broken, shower delivered wrong and then wrong again after, taps sent for sink that leaked water over the side of you turned them on(we had to source new taps ourselves) handles on cupboards were even wrong. I was in contact with there MD who promised a refund but over six months on and numerous trips to the shop only to be told they will “be in touch”, we’ve still received nothing. Really didn’t want to leave a bad review but Plumco’s customer service is terrible from the top to the bottom. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

   Whenever I visit Plumco they're always incredibly helpful, no matter what obscure plumbing part you bring in to them they'll be able to tell you what it is and where to find it! We've had multiple issues with poor plumbing in a new build house, and getting replacement parts from Plumco has been simple and effective each and every time. Highly recommended, the best plumbing shop in Sheffield!
