   Not a buyer but just wanted to say how inconsiderate these people are. 15 minutes late to work because they decided to pitch up 90 degrees across the road in Wensley, people having to turn around and head miles away, absolutely nightmare and not the first time they’ve done this.

   Thank you Ryan and staff,for sourcing, and ordering shower seals, for which we have had many ordered on line for click and collect. All had to be returned because of wrong size and fitting. Very dismissive bathroom companies. Until Ryan solved our shower seals problem with professional, personal help, phone calls and face to face. Collected shower seals today all fitted. A very happy person. Thank you, I will certainly recommend Markovitz.

   Personal service and good advice. Well stocked for tools and cuts of wood. Great that you can buy the actual quantity you need without excess packaging and without it being overpriced too. Why would anyone go to B&Q?! We much prefer to go here and to Twiggs in Matlock.

   Last year we purchased a chimney pot. Despite being fitted by a builder it cracked. The builder said it was a manufacturing fault. I phoned several times and was basically given the run around. I was even told the manager would phone back but that never happened. In future we will use more professional companies who deal with faulty parts in a customer friendly manner. Clearly after sales service is not part of the culture here

   Honestly one of the worst customer experiences I have ever had! Picking each order as I spoke after telling them I needed multiple similar items! Very time consuming! I check my items to discover that some where missing? When I questioned, the reply was... Oh, Yeah we will have to refund you for them! Absolutely shocking and bloody expensive! Avoid!

   Very straightforward to set a trade account up. All staff are friendly and helpful. After being an account holder for around 5 years, I have always found delivery of materials to be prompt.
