Easy to get to and out of Birmingham city centre, get the account for a discount and payment is automatically debited from your account. The car park is well lit and feels safe.
I’d give this place zero stars if I could. I parked my car here from 19:12 on the 29/11/2025 - 11:05 on the 30/11/2025. I’ve walked back to my car which is parked in a “fully secure with cctv and a British parking award” to find my car has been crashed into (hit and run). All numbers that are around premises are now closed lines and you can only go through the website and email them but I am still waiting on a reply to get any cctv or just a correspondence from B4 parking. I payed £35 for a smashed up car! Not happy and would not recommend.
Convenient location for getting out of Birmingham afterwards. Safe, easy to find parking stations and if you stay at the nearby Holiday Inn the discounted rate makes it very good value for city centre parking. Exiting was confusing and not intuitive but it's well lit.
Great car-park, well lit, cctv, clean, safe. However, the disabled access lift next to the stairs is broken more than it’s ever in working order. Repairs take far too long and you either bump your wheelchair user down the stairs to BCH or you walk the long way outside with your wheelchair user to BCH no matter what the the weather or time of night. A ramp access as well as the wheelchair lift is needed in B4 Mall. This lets down an otherwise perfect parking area for BCH users.
10 minutes walking distance to the city center. I chose this place because there is a lot of traffic in the city center. There is another car parking at the same spot, you can choose by checking the price. As I remember name is NCP car park but not looks good. You can see the price difference on photos.
Good location close to town centre (5 minute walk), well lit across many levels with wide spaces and easy to use kiosks. My only one small gripe is that it's completely unmanned, in case there were any problems to arise. Otherwise, can highly recommend.
I was very impressed with this car park. If you sign up on their up and register your vehicle, you get a good discount on the price. Even though we were in Birmingham only for the day, this was well worth it. It didn't take long at all to sign up. You put your vehicle details and card details and book your parking. And then that's it! No need to take the ticket, or remeber to pay etc. You just drive right out when you are done and it gets charged automatically to your card, the amount you stayed there for and they send a copy of the bill to your email address. Super easy and hassle free. The parking areas were very spacious and was simple to park in there. Wish there more places like this. Highly recommend!
Well presented, modern ticketing system car park. They have some discount offers, and a free membership club. I think you can get the price down to £14 a day. Reads numberplate on entry, pay on ground floor machines beside lift before exit.
Nice, bright and spacious. Quite a few floors for parking. Good location for shopping, cafés and restaurants. I was a little nervous about parking here because of other reviews stated the camera didn't capture their car registration and they were stuck.... no problems with that with me. Paying was straight forward - you can use cash or card. I would recommend this place NOTE: This part is an updated review: just looking at the taffif in one of my photos, it mentions "Membership benefits". I'm not a member, although the board does say anyone can park here, however as a non-member it'll cost you double on a weekday. Something to take into consideration.
