Scruffy smelly over priced, staff in shop and post office need to change jobs clearly not happy.
Popped in for the post office, had to send parcels for Christmas, and buy some stamps can't believe how much they are now. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Great Post office always use this particular one.
Been shopping here for many years but the staff on monday evening are rude spend most of there times on there phones and can't be bothered to help they would rather spend time in in the back and not with there customers

The business, TRULY isn't open 24 hours, - THERE IS... a WINDOW service, and there is an in HOUSE service.... Opening times usually should count as where a customer can enter a premise and shop. There should be more review stating that a custom after the hours of 11PM to 6AM aren't able to use card, but ONLY CASH- even during COVID... - That being said, review!
OK let's start with positive the post office counter is in side spar store which has many yummy things to eat. There is free parking out side store. Now let's focus on post office. Its great there is a local one. But I feel the staff need to go with times. In old days post office staff was always known to be grumpy. But I've used many around West Midlands. Its sad to say this post office still living in past. Barley any customer service. And having bit off plastic screen does not mean they do not need to wear a mask. It's for their and are safety. After doing couple parcles I felt like I just been to head master's. Its cost nothing to be polite with a nice manner. Rather than talking to you like a child. But again plus side for oaps who live local they can pop into shop and also post office
