Really good local store. Always clean and well organised, with friendly staff who are happy to help. Convenient location and a good range of products for a quick shop. Overall a reliable and pleasant place to visit.
This use to be 5 star for customer service but it’s now 1 star. The regular staff has gone. If you’re there to collect or send a parcel then expect to be treated like scum. Maybe coop should stop this parcel business as the staff hate it .

The co- op have ignored my emails to complain about one of the drivers of their large lorries which smashed my garden fence down again - on 3rd .January @ 3pm. It has been 10 days at this point and have not had my complaint even acknowledged! Clearly - the co op has as much integrity as their drivers. I am disgusted!
Awful, badly trained lazy staff. Lots of empty shelves or out of date food.
Absolutely terrible ,worst shop iv been in ,staff look like zombies that dont want to be there ,thats if there is any staff on,and the one woman on in the day looks like shes been slapped with a wet fish terrible attitude ,hardly any stock ,avoid and go to wylde green or the reddicap
I think this store is awful. Staff always seem over worked and busy. Queues are always large. Never get acknowledged at counter. £2.99 please! A "hello" or "good morning" would do. Do they employ cleaners? Store is always dirty, bits on floor and stains. I wonder when the last time the door handles on fridges were cleaned. Had to buy some anti bacterial hand wash on way out!
Very friendly and hard-working staff. They helped me every single time I needed some help. After refurbishment it is completely different place :-) Good prices ( Some champagnes are even cheaper then in ASDA Minworth- depends on actual discounts)
