Received out of date prawn crackers for my Uber eat delivery on 22/09/24. They weren’t a few days out they had expired 19 days ago! Best Before date 03/09/24! Could have been ill surprised they haven’t checked expiry dates for almost 3weeks disgusting expect better from M&S!
Extremely bad customer service from a lady on the phone during a sat even. Zero help, incredibly rude and very difficult. Did not adhere to my Uber item requests hence why I called, ofcourse no help. Will not be ordering again
I recently realised that I had lost my car keys after Shopping in the store. The staff were brilliant and went out of their way to help me. My keys were found on the floor a couple of days later and returned to me.
Handy little store with excellent staff.
My partner and I regularly use this M&S store for convenience, excellent staff and location. This evening, we saved money on our scrumptious evening meal (M&S chargrilled veg pasta bake ;-) Thank you Hussein for your outstanding customer service, we really appreciated it! Geraldine :-)
