   Ideal location for accessing many of the city’s landmarks and attractions with the added benefit of being close to the ring road to avoid inner city traffic. There’s always a security guard on-site during opening hours which adds that extra bit of reassurance. Been parking there for nearly 10 years regularly and I always find my car how I left it.

   Quite easy to find & very handy for the venue we were going to! If you had no coins you have to download a parking app as they don't offer contactless payments! Also, the stairwells had a less than pleasant smell, without going into too much detail! Would use again if going to this part of Birmingham in the future!

   Decent car park. Prices aren’t that bad compared to nearby parking spots. Entry and exit is bit tight so be extra cautious. BTW you can use ringo to pay.

   Coins only, no notes or cards. Phone number takes you to a voice recognition service that doesn't recognise what you're saying. No ATMs or stores anywhere nearby to get change. The website/app only works once they've sent you a verification code and mine never came through. Eventually got the telephone system to work, over half an hour after entering the car park, and it still ended up getting the colour of my car wrong. Gave a second star as the cost is relatively cheap (if you can pay it). Prices recently changed so I've uploaded a new picture.

   Cheap parking for the area, opposite The Library, I had just 2 options to pay, use coins or call an automated number, they also have an app called RingGo. Tricky to get here if you don`t come from Brindley Place area, the main road at the back of the parking has just one entry point which is a bus lane, apparently not enforced yet. Google Maps managed to get me lost so watch out. I used Cambridge St as destination to avoid being taken on a long detour to get to this car park.
