   Our boy has just started boxing and looking online to get his first gloves and a few bits I found MDBS. Rather than order online we decided to make a 45min drive, on Black Friday (ended up 1h30). Have to say this shop has a fantastic feel to it that is clearly driven by the main man, the lads that work with him have a big future ahead of them too and I would say his influence is giving them a great platform to develop themselves. MD makes sure the shop has time for you, something that is mostly missing or fake in today’s world unfortunately. I can honestly say no matter where you are in the UK, even if you can’t visit the shop this is a company that cares and will make sure they look after you and your children face2face, phone or online. They shared knowledge and really looked after him, customers for life from the moment they greeted us. Thank you MD and team - exceptional service and environment

   As far as customer service goes, the biggest businesses in the world would do well to study these guys. An absolute pleasure to deal with. The kind of service that makes you feel good about humanity. With Wayne being a former high-level boxer himself, his knowledge of the products he sells is second to none.    I have to say I am extremely impressed by these Phenom gloves especially for the wrist support, comfort and price: keep in mind I haven’t even broke into them yet! I was tirelessly looking for some bag gloves that would provide me some sufficient pad training on the side. After giving up online, I went into Mad Dog’s store and mentioned some gloves I was looking at within my budget and said I wouldn’t mind spending a bit more if there’s anything of good quality. This is where Mad Dog’s courtesy and demeanour shines. He didn’t care that I wanted to spend more, instead gave me the alternative to the gloves I was looking for the SAME price. Genuinely the most polite and down to earth person I’ve met in a while! Added some complimentary wraps and had a cracking conversation with me. Will really make you feel welcome into the store; you can immediately tell he has real passion for the sport. Definitely coming back for future gear. 10/10 service, top gentleman, great gloves.

   Took my son there to get a few bits, as he's just started out in boxing. Wayne was a top guy. He was so enthusiastic and knowledgeable. He didn't stop giving my son advice. Walked away feeling quite inspired, the pair of us. Felt like we'd had an experience. We both hate shopping but we agreed that was the best ever shopping we'd done. Cheers Wayne.

   I was going to order some Cleto Reyes gloves online. but wanted to try them on before making such a big investment. Wayne was welcoming. let me choose the glove that fit and felt right. There was no hard selling. Just honest, passionate, and humble service from a humble owner. I don't think I will ever shop online again when it comes to boxing kit.    3 of us decided we would take a trip over to one of the only stores that seemed to carry Cleto Reyes gloves near us. Upon arrival we were met with the most pleasant, knowledgeable man named Wayne. We came for the gloves and stayed for the customer service. He went through different options and thoroughly explained all of the key points and features of the gloves. His knowledge of the make and craftsmanship is second to none. Also, he price matched the items with online prices, ensuring a great deal. The standout moment for me was that after consideration and discussion about my intended use for the gloves, he recommended the gloves he felt were better for me, although they were considerably cheaper than my original interest! It was a moment full of integrity and at no point did I ever feel like just another customer he wants money from. Take a drive down, feel out the equipment. It'll be an experience!
