Amazing Macha Ginger Latte, what an experience!. Also enjoyed the chicken protein lunch and organic rose wine. Will definitely go back and try some other lunch (or dinner) offerings. Nice Menu selections, different from other nearby cafes. Lovely staff. Let me try a chocolate avocado sample desert. Delicious.

Great, unusual cuisine and lovely food. Ever since Soul opened, we have been coming for breakfast, brunch and dinner and have never been disappointed. The food is really unique, using ingredients like jackfruit, and very healthy. Recommend the avocado and the roast cauliflower among other dishes. The wine selection is quite impressive. Lovely service and team. We’re fast becoming regulars for sure.

Me and my partner visited this restaurant today and were very disappointed. The chicken in the burger was clearly old, reheated, chewy, and just miserable, with burnt onions on top. Every part of it tasted stale, as though all the ingredients had simply been reused. The chicken in the chicken salad was even worse—it was so dry and hard that cutting into it with a knife felt like hitting a solid surface. The tea was sour and unpleasant, and overall the food was gross and disgusting. Both of us got upset stomach after eating. The service was just as poor. The waitress didn’t bring us a paper bill or offer a receipt, and when we gave honest feedback about the food, she simply replied “oh” and walked away without an apology or any concern. It’s no surprise the restaurant was completely empty. To make matters worse, although they were due to be open until 10pm, they had already closed before 8:30pm as we passed by later. Terrible food, terrible service. Don’t waste your money and time. Ruined my day and upcoming weekend.

Visited a week ago — a newly refreshed café, warm and welcoming. We came craving a croissant but arrived just after lunch — most pastries were gone. Sensing our quiet disappointment, the lady kindly offered to bake one fresh — if we could wait. Such a rare gesture — and yes, it was worth every minute. Golden, warm, buttery perfection. The iced drink? A beautiful surprise — balanced, flavourful, not watered down. Truly appreciated the kindness and care she showed. A small act, sincerely offered — and one that made our day. A place full of heart.

I had the absolute pleasure of visiting Soul in Twickenham for Mother’s Day, and I can confidently say it was one of my best brunch experiences by far! The food was soooo amazing, fresh, healthy, and bursting with flavor—you can really tell they use high-quality ingredients. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, making it the perfect spot for a relaxed and enjoyable meal. But what truly made our visit special was Saba—he was incredibly friendly, hospitable, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic time. His passion for great service really shines through! I would highly, highly recommend Soul to anyone looking for a delicious and wholesome meal in Twickenham. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Lovely food. Service was slow but if you have time then would recommend. Definitely try the French toast ! I asked for extra pb on my porridge and was really happy with what I got!

Small cafe with friendly staff , we ordered two cappuccinos & we asked for 2 portions of toast , the coffee was nice but it wasn’t so hot to the table but the ‘toast’ which wasn’t on the menu took AGES ! & when it came .. it was pieces of a thin oily sourdough bread barely warm served with some jam & margarine , my friend and I looked at each other but were hungry so ate , as it was off menu we were charged £6 for both portions ,, we won’t be doing that again! I would def order the coffee again if I went back and ask for it to be hot, other than that it’s just another cafe trying to be ‘posh’ when you just want standard toast it’s just you want & it should take maximum 5 minutes , not 15 plus :)

If your looking for that hangover cure, or just a great breakfast to start your day, you need to visit SOUL. Without doubt one of the best breakfasts in London. Everything is also freshly cooked to order. Great menu to choose from. I highly recommended the SOULS brunch

Very nice coffee; a darker roast than some, but it makes a very tasty, smooth cappuccino with some winey flavours in the mix. It's only a small cafe, with an uninspiring view of the street, but it's been well decorated, looks great and is a relaxed and attractive place to chill out for a bit. Nice staff and a good range of pastries and cakes. Free cucumber water inside. Soul music reliably a constant in the background.
