   Lovely experience at this Costa on Whitton High Street. The staff are always friendly, welcoming, and efficient. My drink was made perfectly and served with a smile. The atmosphere is relaxed, and it’s a great spot to unwind or catch up with someone. The place is consistently clean and comfortable. The only downside is the poor phone reception inside — but apart from that, it’s one of the better Costas around. Great service every time I visit!

   As a regular customer of Costa Coffee in Whitton , I am consistently impressed by the exceptional quality of their beverages and the warm, friendly demeanor of their staff. Each morning, I’m greeted with a cheerful smile, and my coffee is expertly prepared, setting a positive tone for the day ahead. The baristas’ attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction are truly commendable. I deeply appreciate the consistent excellence in both service and product that Costa Coffee provides with every visit. Big thank you for Qawtar and Zeinab and all the staff .

   I visited the Costa store today with the intention of purchasing a drink, but unfortunately, my experience was not what I had hoped for. Upon entering, I encountered a staff member who appeared visibly moody and, regrettably, their demeanour came across as quite rude. This interaction left me feeling unwelcome and frankly put me off from wanting to return to this particular store for my drinks in the future. It's disappointing, as I usually enjoy my visits to Costa and have positive experiences at other locations. My visit today was certainly not up to the standard I have come to expect from Costa.

   Today i have asked for 2 tropical mango bubble and they served 2 tropical mango but totally different. One guy make one witch was nice and the other guy served different (ruching). Please guys make the drinks exacly the same otherwise you will have more negative feedback.

   I received voucher stating I was entitled to free coffee. Went to pick up and told to select coffee I liked. When I said non dairy milk was told I had to pay extra, not part of free coffee of your choosing offer. Only cows milk is free. Feel misled and wouldn't have bothered going to store in first place. Took black coffee and then purchased my own milk elsewhere to add and then drink

   Staff are always friendly. Limited food options (particularly the vegan sandwiches) but the drinks are always made to the order and much faster service than the nearby Starbucks. There are some bad reviews about this branch, and I have been here a few times and felt a bit let down. But the staff always try their best and are very nice. There isn't really an atmosphere but I'm usually getting takeaway anyway.

   i am a regular customer at costa whitton, I like to be served by certain people in the shop, specialy zainab and jeninfer. I am quite fussy about my flat white which is soya, my drink is always perfect when I am served by them
