   Came in today and ordered 2 hot chocolates. The man who served me was friendly. When I left, the hot chocolate tasted like it was just milk. We went back in to ask for a new one and the man on the till again, friendly wanted to resolve. He told the man on the drinks machine and the man who was on the drinks machine came over and started arguing with us, getting heated, raising his voice and then proceeded to shout in front of the other customers that LOOK IT IS HOT CHOCOLATE trying to embarrass us because he was heated about hot chocolates that didn't taste nice. We ended up asking for a refund and guess what? I paid £10.85 but only got a refund of £9.30, then they charged me £1.30. I have made a complaint to customer service. Do better and don't get upset because your drink wasn't nice. Could've been handled totally different.

   I visit Costa Tolworth regularly, and the service is always fantastic — especially thanks to Kannan. He’s incredibly friendly, professional, and always goes the extra mile to make customers feel welcome. My coffee is always spot-on, and he remembers my order every time, which really adds a personal touch. The place is always clean, calm, and a great spot to relax or get some work done. Big thanks to Kannan and the team for consistently great service!

   I ordered some hot chocolates and they were not nice. It was very light warm and not even thick how a hot chocolate should be. It was like someone just got some chocolate powder and threw in I milk quickly mixed it and lightly heated it in a microwave. The place was clean and shiny though and the man who served me was friendly.

   First off let me start on about how badly Anna (the manager) makes her hot drinks. It tastes different to other branches. The coffee was bland and it was lacking a coffee taste. She makes the hot chocolates bad as well; it’s really watery and it’s like there’s only a drop of milk in there; lacking a lot of the chocolate flavour.

   Lovely experience. I usually go in there sometimes to get a hot drink with my mum or my friends and when I go in there, I always see this barista; I think he said his name was Abraham. He was so nice to talk to and very friendly. He works very hard. You guys are lucky to have him!

   They charge me more for oatmilk than for normal milk . Absolutely disgusting! They almost charged me for a bigger drink which is absolutely outrageous! They charged me for a medium mango frappe then gave me a small salted caramel.

This Costa coffee has a lovely friendly atmosphere and the staff go above and beyond to make every single customer feel valued and welcome every time. On top of incredible service, they also make perfect coffee! Thank you so much to the team for all you do.
