Came to these guys having to get my tyres done on a weekend within a day they had them ordered in and fitted! Also they did my tracking which came out and i rang the shop back ,they redid it within 10 minutes on the same day. No messing good prices , 30 day guarante after work ,staff are straught up but proffessional and friendly been perfect ever since highly recomomend.
Booked a mobile tyre appointment. Informed he’d be here between 3 and 5. Got a text saying he’s on his way at 4:30. Then another text saying the same at 5:20. 5:30 and he’s still not here, not even a courtesy call to let me know what’s going on. When he did get here there was no sign of an apology, and he only had brought 2 tyers instead of 4. Took about 35 mins to fit them both.
Booked at last minute after getting a puncture. From the minute they answered the phone in a polite professional friendly manner to completion, they were fantastic. They explained there'd be a wait and directed me to a butty shop (which again was awesome). Upon returning they replaced my tyre and had me on my way all in over a little of an hour. Have no trouble recommending them. Thanks Guys :)
Booked my car in as the right rear tyre has a puncture, on the day the guys at Kwik Fit went to work straight away & replaced the tyre. It took about 30 mins, very impressed. Will definitely come to Kwik Fit again!
Total waste of time, booked in for a battery replacement a week ago, arrived for my appointment to be told the battery hadn't arrived, no phone call to inform me prior, got refunded as I don't appreciate poor customer service. Would give zero stars if it would allow

Would not bother just turning up as you will not get seen, there are much cheaper options around the area and you need to book on line or call before going, the team are nice lads but as I said you need to book,
very happy with the customer service, could not fault at all. The staff was very polite and very friendly. The whole process was so easy, dropped the car off first thing then came back later and it was ready for me. So no problems at all, very satisfied customer. Also happy with the booking as i received a 10% discount which is a great incentive to book with Kwikfit, especially in these hard times of ever rising prices. Also, the online booking was so easy to complete, no technical problems or other problems. All good, very satisfied with the service. I will certainly be returning to Kwiksave in the future for my MOT or any other problems with my vehicles. Many thanks
I will not be using Kwikfit again. I took my car for its MOT and it failed due to a headlight alignment issue. They said tried to adjust it but couldn't and I was told it needed specialist HID equipment to correct. I had the headlight checked elsewhere and it was found to be severely adjusted to its maximum to be misaligned. This work was done and I returned on another day to be waiting for an hour in an obviously overworked garage and whilst waiting for my car I overheard what I assume to be the manager saying why it was failed to the other staff. When he spoke to me he said it shouldn't have failed and apologised. I wasted money on the light adjustment and my time in visiting to have it checked. My cat had never failed an MOT for the previous 6 and there was no change to the headlight or bulb in those years. I will never use Kwikfit again after this.
