I took my classic golf for a pre mot inspection as it has been off the road for a good few years in storage .They then went through all my options and provided additional recommendations to do at the same time, as the required repairs to save repeat visits in the near future. All work was done with genuine parts .The car provided them with a few additional issues which is expected with a car of its age, four bolts were rounded off and stuck, this took them alot of additional time to resolve. They didnt add any additional hidden charges , the price we discussed and agreed , was all they requested.All parts that was changed were left in the boot of the car with all the boxes of the new parts ,when i collected the car they spent the time in showing and explaining every changed part and the reasons for changing them. best customer service experiance with a car garage”

They arranged to store my vehicle until a test slot was available, provided a part-used battery, arranged for welding to be done and fitted in a retest in a busy day. “Just back from having two cars serviced and an MOT. Fitted in luckily at short notice. Perfect and well priced job. Had no problem with me supplying my own oil. Top job. They are tucked out of the way so they rely on word of mouth I’m guessing. After being ripped off at the stealers and the major chains around here, I can’t recommend them highly enough.”
