Black Sheep Coffee completely exceeded my expectations. The moment you walk in, you’re welcomed by warm lighting, cozy seating, and that perfect coffee-shop aroma that promises something good. Their coffee is rich, smooth, and clearly crafted with care — easily some of the best I’ve had in a long time. The staff are friendly without being pushy, and they genuinely make you feel at home. The food is just as impressive: fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Whether you’re stopping by for a quick latte or settling in to work for a few hours, Black Sheep offers the perfect vibe.

Some seats outside and inside the store. Lots of matcha options and smoothie. Ordered iced matcha latte but can’t really taste matcha flavour, would try extra matcha shot next time.

Great music/atmosphere , not too busy & quick service. We got some reasonably priced drinks here before a concert - great service from the helpful & friendly ladies behind the counter :) Would definitely return.

Popped in and it was a proper gem of a find. First thing to note — there’s not a whole lot of seating downstairs, but no worries, they’ve got more space upstairs which is much more chilled and comfy. If you’re planning to sit in and relax for a bit, definitely head up there. The coffee? Absolutely superb. I went for a flat white and it was spot on — smooth, rich, and packed with flavour. You can tell they know their beans here. Proper barista skills on display, none of that watered-down nonsense you sometimes get elsewhere. The vibe inside is modern and laid-back, with a bit of that edgy, independent feel that makes it stand out from your usual high-street coffee chains. Staff were friendly and quick on service, which is always a bonus when you’re gasping for a decent brew. Definitely worth a visit! a cracking little spot if you’re in the area. Great coffee, good service, and a nice place to chill.

I pop in here mainly on the way to work when I'm working nights. Love the coffee and always find the staff well presented and pleasantly chatty. £4.19 for a medium vanilla latte, if I remember correctly. I feel it is a bit steep and would like to see £3.50 to £4.00 pricing. It's about time I got myself a reward card, though. I'm asked a lot if I "live upstairs", do residents get discount here? Does this also apply to local business employees?

Stopped by here yesterday, our first time visiting a Black Sheep place so had no expectations. Now I'm proud of my latte milk. Its a point of pride and takes a little craftsmanship. So I'm glad to say these guys almost exceeded my own standards... alright, they outright smashed it. This was a cracking coffee much needed on a Monday morning. Thank you to the folks who made mine and my wife's coffee this morning, we made it through the underground as tourists thanks to you!

Wasn't a regular at Black Sheep before but this place won me over and it's my go-to for coffee now. Staff are so lovely, really welcoming and friendly and always down to have a chat - particularly Lewis, who's always got a smile for anyone who comes in. The ham and cheese toastie is definitely my breakfast of choice if I'm out to buy breakfast, their waffles are fresh and super tasty... And their peanuts are the best peanuts you'll ever taste - absolutely worthy of a mention.

Had a lovely time! The staff is really sweet and helpful, and the coffee is delicious! The place itself is really cool as well, with nice couches and a very industrial look to it. They also have vegan options, and the carrot cake I got was yummy! I recommend this place for sure

Smoked salmon with cream cheese bagel came piping hot, smoked salmon is fully cooked and tastes weird (since it’s over cooked). Asked the staff about it and they told me it’s normal because they cook it in the oven. I don’t know man I’ve never tried a overcooked smoked salmon with hot cream cheese bagel before. Thought they’re already cooked? P.s. pic2 is the image they put on the menu - which was misleading
