   They have been saying their filter coffee machine is "broken" for several months. Disappointing that it's not fixed, or worse, that they just won't make filter coffee.

   Very very rude staff member - Renu. Listening to a conversation, rudely interrupted to inform us about our drinks. Shouting my name while I’m standing in front of her. Not a way to treat customers.

   The staff at this Starbucks are always friendly and smiley. Have seating inside as well as outside, and there is always a mix of people and it's not busy that you struggle to find a seat . Can't comment on the food they serve, however, the pastry looks good. Enjoy the sign ; which frappuccino flavour are you?

   Usually good service, but I keep not getting my online order - very annoying. I order well ahead, 5-10 minutes as I’m usually in a rush with the nursery dropoff and the barista always ends up making the online order after I arrived. An if you order more than one coffee they’ll end up making it with 5 minutes difference. Annoying really

   My Grandkids love visiting here *(FREE WIFI)** comfy seating.. I bought them new Starbucks Cups they'd wanted in a long while !! *Giving you few pence off the next drink if using the cup when you visit each time..can't be bad with the environmental problem in mind Your Cups,Mugs,Beakers, brought from their own Starbucks Branded Company with the Logos.. allow about *25pOff* a drink each time.. TOILETS include a large toilet for disabled/wheelchair use or for *parent & child* easy accessible with 2other toilets M&F on site ..

   The coffee here is what you would expect from Starbucks. The restaurant is clean and there is lots of seating. There is limited parking as Twickenham high St has limited parking on the high St. Because when parking on the embankment as there is confusing parking signs.
