   I first used this garage over 25 years ago with my Alfa GTV. Since then I’ve been fortunate to have new cars and not required to visit until today as I took my daughters fiat 500. These two gentlemen are honest and trust worthy people and will go out their way to help you. It’s sad to see one or two bad reviews as this garage is highly recommend.

   RIDICULOUS I purchased a car on 15/07, almost 4 weeks ago now, via part exchange and was told that the finance settlement for my old car would be taken care of. Weeks have passed and this still has not been done. When contacting the manager, I was told there was an issue with the documents and that a wrong address had been pulled through. This is utter nonsense as I have only ever lived at and provided one address when purchasing the new car. I was told that I would receive a corrected invoice to sign and return in order to get everything sorted. It was advised this would be sent to me on 05/08; it is now 07/08 and I have heard nothing, despite sending several emails to chase. It takes an infuriating amount of time for this company to sort anything and even when followed up there is no sense of urgency. As a customer I don’t think I should be the one to be sending reminders of outstanding issues. Their phone and email etiquette is absolutely appalling and it is evident they have no interest in assisting any problems you have once they have your money. It is clear now that this place is an absolute shambles, and I can see this has also been confirmed from multiple other reviews.

   Have taken mine and my wife's cars here, excellent friendly local service every time, the mechanics are highly knowledgeable and always helpful explaining any issues and sometimes just fixing them for you then and there. Highly recommend.

   Poor garage. I have used it twice . My car failed M.O.T last time,went to get it repaired (elsewhere)and been told it wasn't really cause to fail M.O.T I have then returned to re-test for M.O.T getting moody attitude. Didn't like the owners attitude and service. We have since then been using different garage with no issue. I wouldn't recommend him and would highly suggest to avoid this garage. Since then my frieds mentioned to me having some issues with the garage.
