   Service is a tragedy. We are talking about the BMW X5. There is no need to follow fairy tales that the car was serviced every day! Other service sorted in 2 days!!!!! And there is no need to tell you that the car fell from the blue sky, these days the baguette doesn't fall either! Your conversation was overheard by other people when you said you would call and let them know, but there were no calls. Moreover, an address was requested, which you were unable to provide within one month(this car was transfered from other service,to this service)! Simply, if you don't have time, don't take the job and don't lie! Good luck in future!

   I was remapping for my e class. I am very satisfied with the results. The car reduced fuel consumption and gained more power. There's a bit of a wait, but it's worth it. I recommend.

   My electric windows got stuck while down, i couldn't sort it so Google gave me 4 quotes. One was fun a guy called Eddie from Blackstar, he asked me a few questions then went away searching for something on the internet. A little later he messaged me with a picture of where the fuses are and which fuse to check, solved my problem and got my windows working, very happy and that was free on his time. Even messaged me back to see if it had worked which was nice :-) I'll be booking in for work on a timing belt soon.
